SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship Mama Tried Boutique currently ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.


Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, new launches, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll notify you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand are outside our control.


Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.


Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Mama Tried Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Mamatriedboutiquehelp@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mama Tried Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Mamatriedboutiquehelp@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.


Order Changes & Cancellations Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
