PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing and shipping is done Monday through Friday from 9AM to 3PM. We try to ship as quickly as possible but processing and shipping can take up to 10 business days.
If you have not received your package AFTER the 10 business days from the time of payment please reference your TRACKING NUMBER provided to you via email when your package has been processed and shipped. Once your package leaves our shipping location and the USPS or UPS has taken possession you must contact the delivery service and provide them with your tracking number. If your package went missing once the delivery service has taken possession, you MUST file a claim with USPS or UPS.
