RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — tags attached and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return Email us at Mamatriedboutiquehelp@gmail.com to initiate your return before sending anything back. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale and clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care or intimate apparel items
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a new size or style is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time on your bank's end.
