-unaltered

-stain free (makeup and deodorant included)

-no animal hair

-no smells of smoke or perfumes

-not final sale

-within the date ranges specified in the return policy

If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

RETURN POLICY:

ALL Refunds will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY that will be applied to your account. There will be no shipping fee refunds on returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We must be contacted by email at Mamatriedboutiquehelp@gmail.com within 3 days of you receiving your merchandise to get a return approval. You must include your name and order number in the email to receive a response. Returns must be postmarked within 3 business days from the last email communication date. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days to process your return for store credit. It is the customer's responsibility to keep their traking number for all returns, and to track their returns. You are allowed 6 returns a year and after that there will be a 20% re-stocking fee subtracted from your cart credit. We hold the right to refuse returns over a 30% return rate. This includes canceled orders. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at mamatriedboutiquehelp@gmail.com  within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will take care of you!
