Orders & Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders $100 or more. Orders under $100 will be charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Email us at mamatriedboutiquehelp@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
At this time we only ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit only — we do not refund original payment methods. You must email us within 3 days of delivery to request approval, and the return must be postmarked within 3 business days of our approval. See our full Return Policy for details.
Final sale items cannot be returned. This includes sale/clearance items, doorbusters, leggings, bralettes, hats, scarves, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, mystery items, and any purchase made with store credit.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method — we aren’t responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Email us at mamatriedboutiquehelp@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We'll make it right.
Sizing & Fit
Each product listing includes sizing notes from our team. When in doubt, size up — most of our styles run true to size or slightly fitted. You can also DM us on Instagram and we're happy to give personal recommendations.
We carry a range of sizes and are always working to expand our inclusive sizing. Check individual listings for available sizes, and keep an eye on new arrivals — we add new styles weekly.
As long as the item isn’t final sale, you can return it for store credit within our return window. See Returns & Exchanges above.
